Missing transparency and high complexity within our health care system frequently lead to over- and undersupply for care-dependent people. Every year, this results in thousands of preventable hospitalizations and deaths. It takes a heavy toll on the healthcare system and on our society.

By developing innovative technical solutions, we identify and correct the gap between what is currently administered, and what care-receivers need. Leveraging proprietary data, our algorithms enable patients, caring relatives, doctors, and insurances to take better decisions.

Together, we alleviate the strain on the healthcare system and ensure that people receiving outpatient care can remain safe, independent and dignified in their own homes for as long as possible.

Following our success in Switzerland, we are now expanding into the U.S. market and growing rapidly across several states.

We are currently hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our small team in Berlin. You will be managing and maintaining our two core software solutions. We are continuously developing new features, with a current focus on workflow automation and data analytics. Our tech stack includes Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue.js, among others.

What you will be working on:

• Development: Create hands-on, high-quality software solutions and applications.
• Technical Expertise: Apply your knowledge and experience to address our technical challenges.
• Collaboration: Engage closely with interdisciplinary teams, including Product, Operations, and Patient Care Teams.
• Project Management: Assume end-to-end responsibility for technical projects, overseeing the entire development cycle from conception to rollout.

Requirements:

About you:

• You have a genuine passion for technology, driven by curiosity and an inquiring mind.
• With substantial experience as a fullstack developer across diverse companies, you're especially well-suited if you've worked with highly sensitive data.
• You're proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue.js, and bring hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST APIs.
• Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.
