- Be responsible for the development, documentation, and overall quality of the Android and WearOS applications.
- Continuously track and evaluate project performance using Crashlytics and Google Play Console data.
- Oversee and manage release processes for Android and WearOS applications.
- Coordinate with product managers to align development efforts with business goals.
- Stay engaged in cross-functional meetings and company-wide updates.
- Research and evaluate new technologies within the Android ecosystem.
- Monitor policy updates from Google Play Developer Program and ensure compliance.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Android development.
- Extensive experience with Kotlin, Coroutines, RxJava, Hilt, Compose, XML, Retrofit, Espresso, Jenkins and MVVM architecture.
- Hands-on experience in managing CI/CD pipelines and release cycles.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for perfection, and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with GIS tools or mapping technologies like Mapbox is a plus.

The gross monthly salary for this position, according to the IT Collective Agreement in job grade ST1, is at least 3,077 (paid 14 times per year). With relevant experience and qualifications, an overpayment is possible.
