About The Role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will spearhead the research and development of intelligent, agentdriven analytics capabilities that unlock the full value of UXCams rich interaction data. Partnering closely with Product Leadership and crossfunctional teams, you will translate our AI vision into scalable, productionready solutionslaying the technical foundation for the next generation of productanalytics experiences.

What Youll Be Doing

• Invent stateoftheart methods for agentpowered, selfservice product analyticsapplying generative AI, and state-of-the-art statistics and ML techniques.
• Design and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP)compliant tools and interfaces that AI agents can invoke to generate meaningful, contextaware insights for our customers.
• Architect and scale dataanalytics infrastructure on AWS, employing Trino, ORC, Redis, and PostgreSQL to process billions of behavioural events efficiently and costeffectively.
• Collaborate deeply with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape UXCams AI roadmapfrom discovery and rapid prototyping to production deployment and continuous improvement.
• Champion data quality, governance, and privacy, ensuring that analytic outputs are robust, trustworthy, and compliant with GDPR and SOC 2.
• Enable and mentor fellow engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of experimentation, rigorous peer review, and engineering excellence.
  
  

What Youll Need To Succeed At This Role

• 5+ years of handson experience building dataintensive or AIdriven products at scale, with at least 3 years focused on machinelearning engineering or applied research.
• Expertlevel Python (Django/FastAPI) and strong proficiency in distributedquery engines (Trino/Presto) and columnar formats (ORC/Parquet).
• Proven track record designing realtime or batch data pipelines on AWS (e.g., S3, EMR, Glue, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
• Deep understanding of modern LLM and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers) and how to operationalise them in production.
• Excellent communication and productthinking skillsyou can distil complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience implementing causalimpact analysis, anomalydetection, or sessionreplay analytics at scale.
• Familiarity with vector databases, semanticsearch, and RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Prior exposure to B2B SaaS or developertooling products.
