We are working with key architects, product managers, and other stakeholders delivering a new generation of on-demand Enterprise solutions designed to meet the needs of today's global businesses. The team's overall goal will be to accelerate the delivery of our product features in an agile environment while safeguarding the high quality our customers expects from Workday applications.About the Role You will design and build critical integration services that need high reliability and availability at massive scale. You will drive significant technology initiatives end to end and across the Workday technology organisation. You will build/own integrations for Workday applications. You will use analytics to make informed decision about the state of the service. You will build/own APIs for application team. About YouBasic Qualifications You have 2+ years of experience in building high performance systems and solving for concurrency, latency and efficiency. You have a BS in Computer Science a related technical field or relevant experience. You must currently be in a hands-on role. Must have strong software development skills in Object Oriented programming. Other Qualifications You have a strong software engineering background You must have a solid understanding of high performance systems, how to design APIs around these systems. You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Able to influence and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical people.
