Your mission

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our team, with a focus on building intelligent agents, automating workflows, and delivering scalable one-click solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with a practical mindset and enjoys staying involved in the wider AI and software development communities.

Your profile

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Python-based AI solutions, including task-specific and general-purpose agents
• Build and deploy user-friendly automation tools and one-click solutions for internal and external users
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI-driven workflows
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making for AI/automation systems
• Stay informed of industry best practices, trends in applied AI, and emerging open-source tools
• Actively engage with the broader AI and developer community by sharing knowledge, projects, or participation in events and forums
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, including experience with modern AI/automation libraries and frameworks
• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying intelligent agents or automation tools
• Strong understanding of AI techniques and implementation strategies in real-world applications
• Experience working in agile, collaborative environments with a focus on delivery and iteration
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a distributed team
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM applications, agentic workflows, or architectural patterns for autonomous systems
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code integrations or user-facing automation platforms
• Examples of open-source contributions, community involvement, or portfolio projects
• Understanding of prompt engineering, vector storage, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
  
  

Education

Formal degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is welcome but not required. Equivalent practical experience is fully accepted.
