My duties
  • Responsible for Incident Management for Unreal Engine
  • Summarize tickets and forward them correspondingly
  • Monitor day-to-day queue using Salesforce as case management tool ensuring all requests and submitted waivers are acknowledged and reviewed
  • Check the validity of submitted waiver based on the process in place
  • Ensure that all games submitted meet the Stadia technical requirements
  • Document the submitted waiver containing important and necessary information that will be used for approval decisions
  • Submit and log requests for approval and ensure that all submitted requests are monitored
  • Consistently follow up VPs and Directors on their pending approval and ensure to gather all business justification from them for all decisions
  • Provide detailed updates to different parties including partners/developers, VP for Engineering and Directors
  • Execute testing and script analysis as needed
  • Serve as STR SME providing clarification to partners regarding STR questions
My qualifications
  • Background and good level of understanding on gaming platform
  • Able to understand technical requirements
  • Customer Support experience is beneficial
  • Experience inEngineering Technical Support, Google G Suite, Linux Operating System and unreal Engine
  • Knowledge ofWorkplace Technology Solutions
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Primary skill: Engineering Technical Support
